Hi, I'm Layan.
No Crumbs Left started the way most good things do: baking for family and friends, and watching every plate come back empty.
What began as tiramisu for gatherings turned into a small Bay Area bakery. Today it is a dessert cart that travels to birthdays, showers, and weddings, a rotating menu of cups and brownies, and seasonal menus that sell out every year.
Everything is made by hand in small batches. If you have ever had a dessert at a party and gone looking for the person who made it, that is what we are going for.
A few things we care about.
Small batches, every time
Nothing sits on a shelf. Each order is baked for the person who ordered it, close to the day they need it.
Real ingredients
Mascarpone, butter, Belgian chocolate, fresh fruit, and good pistachios. No shortcuts in the cream.
Sweets from home
Alongside tiramisu and brownies, we bake the Levantine desserts we grew up with, like qatayef and stuffed dates, every Ramadan.
